As Sales Operations Manager, you will be part of a growing organization that works to build Nosto into a global leader in AI and personalization for online retail. You will report to the Global Head of Sales of Nosto, managing the sales operations to ensure end-to-end sales funnel efficiency.
The insights created in this environment is expected to drive actionable strategic and tactical outcomes that impact our overall investments and revenue.
We’re looking for an individual who can think operationally, find initiative and think long term when it comes to processes and sales efficiency. The individual needs to have exceptional interpersonal skills to be able to engage with the entire sales organisation as well as across departments; Finance, Business Intelligence, Legal and Marketing.
The location for this position is NYC, Berlin or Helsinki.
Own the day-to-day management as well as the roadmap of Nosto’s sales related technology stack, including the CRM system Salesforce and other systems
Collect feedback across the sales department to improve the functionality and usability of our Salesforce instance
Define and maintain the sales funnel end-to-end, which includes:
Managing the outbound lead generation technologies to optimize lead flow and quality
Channel attribution, including marketing, partnerships and outbound tracking processes
Consistently improve our customer success operation processes to drive growth in our client portfolio as well as customer satisfaction
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in Salesforce through implementing processes and tools that help with the maintenance
Liaise closely with sales managers, partner team and customer success managers across all regions to optimize and ensure the consistent implementation of sales processes and policies
Work closely with Finance, Legal, BI and Marketing to ensure all departments are receiving sales information accurately to deliver great service for the sales and customers success department as well as our clients
