After Sales Coordinator

We are now looking for a After Sales Coordinator to join our After Sales team. Framery is known for its high-quality products and exceeding customer expectations. We want our service to be fast, simple and reliable. In this position you will get to work with many stakeholders in and outside of Framery. You will see and experience the impact your daily tasks will do for our dealers and clients. You have technical oriented mindset and your responsibilities include the following:

  • Customer service and claim handling
    • Receiving and answering claims, making sure issues are solved fast and efficiently, right replacement parts are shipped to customers and/or right instructions are send to dealers to solve the problems onsite
    • Technical support for any customer problems
  • Spare parts order handling
    • Processing orders and coordinating deliveries with factory
    • Customer communication and support
    • Export and invoicing
  • Development project coordination
    • Own resposibilities in variable projects

Our ideal candidate would have

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in export activities. For example small spare part deliveries worldwide
  • Technical orientation and/or interests. Experience in solving technical problems is an asset
  • Can do – mentality
  • Cooperation and negotiation skills with different stakeholders
  • Can endure pressure ins escalated situations
  • Ability to make quick decisions
  • English written and spoken is mandatory, other language skills are an asset, especially German

In this role you will become a technical expert of our products. You might have already gained experience in similar tasks in other fields. You are a good communicator and excel even in the toughest cooperation situations. You are a doer and you get things done. We work as a team in After Sales and therefore wish you behold the same mentality with a sense of humour.
