Business Consultants to Stockholm and Helsinki offices, B2C and B2B

Currently we are looking to strengthen our strategy teams with one or two business consultants per business unit (B2C Sweden, B2C Finland and B2B SWE/FIN)

As a consultant at Avaus you’ll be guiding organizations on their digital transformation journeys, helping them become customer centric and supporting them in future proofing their business capabilities. You will be working in close collaboration with our clients, driving change in their marketing and sales functions and gain competitive edge in a digitalized world through algorithmic experiences.

As a person, you are curious and constantly wanting to push yourself to the limits of your knowledge. You are a people person and passionate about digitalization, analytics and customer intelligence as well as marketing and sales. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising our clients in strategic and organizational matters
  • Managing selected key accounts & being responsible for account revenue and sales targets
  • Creating new opportunities in existing accounts as well as new business
  • Coordinating our cross-competence teams’ work and ensuring results for our clients

You have probably worked in management consulting or marketing services before, but most importantly you have a deep understanding of digital business, marketing and sales development.

What we need from you

  • Academic Master’s degree (e.g. business or similar)
  • Relevant 2-3 years’ experience minimum
  • Strong commercial skills in sales and offering development
  • Understanding of digital business and marketing, as well as analytics and marketing technology
  • Track record of successful client and project management considered a plus
  • Strong consulting and project management methodology skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Swedish or Finnish (depending on office)
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, great drive and good interpersonal skills
  • Team-player mindset with a bit of laid-back attitude
