We’re based in the SF Mission and are on a mission to make wood without trees. We make a material called Ekoa with a formable wood grain finish, but made with natural fibers and resins instead of trees. It has the performance, look, feel, and reusability of wood only from carbon negative materials. Ekoa is poised to supplant entire rare timber forests.
Lingrove is pre-seed VC funded, generating profits, and winning awards for Ekoa in applications as varied as sports equipment and music instruments with coverage in Wired, How-its-Made, and CNN.
These ground floor opportunities offer the experience worthing with an early-stage, profit-generating company innovating in the green materials space. Please see the various roles we are looking to fill. In all cases you will be engaging with our founding team and CEO to support growth. Please see descriptions below:

Research potential customers in our existing space of more traditional composites replacement (carbon fiber, fiberglass) by modeling our existing clients and mining existing databases. BTW, each application is cooler than the next: today we are selling into fishing rods, arrows, guitars, bikes etc. Help build the ‘sales funnel’ for larger market targets such as furniture and transportation.
