We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team. The Sales team is responsible for bringing in sales and creating strategic partnerships.

Job Requirements

  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Increasing client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Writing business proposals
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-6 years of experience in a sales related role.
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work successfully as an individual contributor or as a team member
  • Organized with attention to detail; proven ability to conceptualize, plan and execute ideas while providing training and skills transfer to other
