Business Insights Manager

We are now looking for a Business Insights Manager to lead HappyOrNot’s BI function for better data-driven decision-making. This position can be located either in Finland (HQ Tampere) or in our US office (Delray Beach). In addition, we have flexible remote working possibilities both in Finland and US. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead company’s BI function and SaaS metrics development 
  • Understand the company’s business model and constantly find areas of improvement based on the data
  • Manage and develop company’s PowerBI Dashboards to show relevant actionable metrics 
  • Improve data quality by managing and developing company’s data governance processes and quality assurance in co-operation with the Business Services 
  • Manage and develop company’s use of Datawarehouse including inhouse backend development 
  • Educate the teams in the usage of relevant data to support decision-making and maintain a good level of documentation 

Key requirements / skills: 

  • Microsoft PowerBI (or equivalent such as Qlick, Domo, Tableau etc.) 
  • Good understanding of standard SaaS metrics 
  • SQL 
  • DWH Experience (e.g. Amazon RDS, PostgreSQL, ETL Tools) 
  • Salesforce and NetSuite skills are an advantage

As a person, you have a “can-do”-attitude and your approach is self-driven with a growth mindset. You enjoy following the latest trends in the field of Business Insights. Above all, you are a good communicator as you engage different stakeholders in a continuous dialogue.
