We’re looking for a brilliant changemaker and keen CRM analyst to work in a dynamic environment serving Nordic top brands in their digital transformation. Typical tasks are customer segmentation, predictive modeling, planning and setting KPIs such as CLV, creating business cases, and analytics for business decisions. You will work closely with our experienced analysts, data scientists, and consultants and there are fantastic opportunities for accelerated personal development.
Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and suggesting new angles of thought/ways of working
A business mindset, being able to identify and analyze key results as well as generate insights and recommendations for further improvement (minimum 2 years of experience).
SQL for deriving analytical datasets (minimum 2 years of experience)
At least one analytics tool/programming language (R, SAS, Alteryx etc)
At least one BI-tool (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik etc)
Creating interactive reports and dashboards
Creating and monitoring KPIs
Good communications and presentation skills
Fluent Swedish (mandatory) and English language skills
Master of Science in Tech, Statistics or Math
