Now we are looking for a Channel Manager in Singapore to be responsible for Asian market.

Your responsibility would be to develop and create a partnering network strategy, portfolio, and program that supports HappyOrNot growth and partner success in Asia. Channel Manager has the best understanding of our Partners’ performance, activities, skills, and value for HappyOrNot. 

Our partnering network is a growing network of 10+ independent companies who are selling our HappyOrNot service, often amongst other solutions and products.  Channel manager ensures that the resellers are motivated, understand the products, allocate enough time and resources to selling our services and deploy all the tools and information we provide. The main metric of success is sales generated by our current and future partners.

We are looking for an individual that has previous experience in Channel Sales as well as the appropriate skill, dedication, and enthusiasm to defeat all obstacles between our partners and their sales targets.

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Meet monthly sales quota for territory via own reseller portfolio
  • Develop a strategy to meet goals and explore new business opportunities
  • Build a Business Plan for reseller success
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new resellers to build a business
  • Take care of assigned channels´ forecasting and to make sure the healthy pipeline and leads, opportunities and orders are diligently maintained and managed in SFDC
  • Continuously educate resellers on HappyOrNot offering and customer value
  • Work with resellers to conduct the HappyOrNot solution presentations to customers
  • Implement the HappyOrNot Reseller Program, sales campaigns, and promotions
  • Conduct weekly meetings and business review with resellers and recommend improvements
  • Monitor sales and operational results based on KPIs and report and present those to management
  • Maintain high reseller satisfaction ratings that meet company standards and manage a positive relationship with resellers with excellent customer service

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Experience with sales quota management in the Asian market
  • Passion towards delivering engaging and valuable customer communication that makes an impact
  • Ideally 5-7 years relevant experience in direct Channel Management in a commercial environment
  • Specific knowledge of country and selling practices
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience related to Customer Experience, SaaS business or Software Solution sales
  • Excellent English language skills + other relevant languages (Chinese, Malay or Bahasa)
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Attend development training seminars and workshops as needed to maintain current knowledge of best practices
  • Experience with customer communication and/or marketing automation programs (like Pardot) is a big advantage
  • High attention to detail and good organizational and time-management skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated and team player attitude with innovative ideas
  • To be flexible and adaptable in a changing business environment
  • A strong ambition and an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for your work, growth, and self-development
