Our Team

The Data Engineering team at Avaus provides the technical backbone needed for data driven and personalized customer experience. Our team works closely with Avaus Data Scientist and Strategy consultants in agile projects to ensure we deliver business value. We make sure data can be made actionable.

Your Role

As a Data Engineer at Avaus you will work in multidisciplinary client teams in an Agile environment. You will have a client facing role and work in close collaboration with our clients’ business and technical stakeholders in order to capture and understand the requirements of complex data solutions. Your responsibilities involve the design and development of varieties of data processing solutions. You will have a focus on delivering solutions using a combination of services provided by different cloud vendors.

Requirements

• Problem solving ability and eagerness to learn new technologies

• Proficient in one or more programming languages like Python or Java

• Experience working with Cloud platforms like GCP or Azure

• Experience of SQL and data modelling

• Report and dashboard development experience

• Fluent Swedish (mandatory) and English language skills
