Customer Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to strengthen our Customer Operations team. Customer Operations team strives to provide an excellent customer experience to all Framery customers and support Framery Sales team. In your role you will report to Team Lead, Customer Operations (APAC & EMEA).

Daily job duties and responsibilities:

  • Enter Sales Orders and Spare Part Orders in ERP (Netsuite)
  • Coordinate delivery logistics (book freights and handle freight documentation)
  • Handle communication with customers in diverse matters (order confirmations, delivery schedules, shipment tracking etc.)
  • Send out marketing materials
  • Handle claims
  • Invoicing
  • Process improvement projects

What we need from you:

  • Customer service oriented, who enjoys talking to new people
  • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and different tasks daily
  • Proactive “self-starter” attitude with “get it done” mentality
  • Organized working style and strong communications skills
  • Skills in several languages is considered a plus
