Customer Research Internship - VideoSlick - SF

You will work directly with me (CEO). This is an internship that could lead to a full time role.

We need someone organized, outgoing, flexible and interested in gaining experience in acquiring customers and building customer relationships. A sense of humor, wit, creativity and upbeat personality are a must! 
We are looking for someone with a love for entrepreneurship and bringing people together. Someone that will roll up their sleeves, loves solving problems and get things done. Someone that is organized and pays extra attention to details. This person should be creative and passionate about winning customers and expanding our market.

• Be able to present to customers 
• Support everything from strategic planning to execution 
• Develop visual content and digital media for customer testing. 
• Track and help report progress and results 
• Build your professional network

• Have some customer research experience, logistics or production experience 
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written 
• Be highly organized and have excellent attention to detail 
• Outstanding time management – ability to set goals, prioritize and meet deadlines 
• An out-of- the-box thinker and innovator 
• Ability to create/design sales and marketing content. Have an eye for design and beauty 
• Photography or videography experience preferred but not required 
• Comfortable using online office applications (Google Docs, Gmail, etc)

• How to plan successful customer tests from concept through execution
• How to create and write compelling content for sales and advertisement 
• Techniques for developing good visual content, and digital media for advertising and sales 
• Best practices in tracking, presenting and reporting progress and results 
• Build your professional network 
• Work directly with CEO. This is an internship that could lead to a full time role.
