Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist (CRO) in the role of Customer Success Manager
As Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist in the role of Customers Success Manager you are responsible for scientifically optimizing Nosto accounts such as Fashion Nova, Chubbies Shorts or Bulletproof Coffee in North America. You are a highly analytical and mathematical Web Optimizer that uses data and testing to optimize ecommerce websites. You have the proven ability to ideate promising retail user experiences while at the same time acting in a customer facing role, communicating with various stakeholders at DTC brands on a daily basis. Owning a book of business and being targeted on renewal and upsell KPIs excites you.
This new role is located in New York or in Los Angeles. There is also a possibility to work remotely from North Carolina. Beyond the dual CRO and CSM role, you will liaise with Sales, Product and Engineering leaders – guaranteeing the growing international Nosto clientele a professional experience with Nosto and maintaining Nosto’s position as the global leader in personalization.
You must be able to work with multinational and multicultural teams and customers based in multiple locations.
Responsibilities - what are you going to do:
Own a portion of North American book of business and increase renewal and retention rates
Optimize customer’s websites using Nosto’s Experience Platform as well as third party platforms such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO or others as well as conducting analytics in Google Analytics and other tools
Be first point of contact for ecommerce brands when interacting with Nosto and conduct regular QBRs
Continuous contribution to Nosto’s Experience Platform Optimization Playbook and maturity framework
Regular Coaching of Customer Success team in matters of CRO
Supporting Sales Organization in Pre-Sales Activities
Supporting Marketing Organization in producing thought leadership content and occasionally appearing in webinars on behalf of the Nosto Organization
Supporting Product Organization in Product Development for North American requirements
Requirements - what we expect from you:
Several years of CRO experience, either on web/CRO agency or brand side
Advanced mathematical understanding of testing and interpretation of data
Up-to-date knowledge of UX and retail best practices, ideally contributing as thought leader to blogs, social media
Deep understanding of Ecommerce, its ecosystem (e.g. Platforms), and drivers (e.g. Conversion rate optimisation)
Proven ability to own revenue KPIs
Excellent communication skills: active listening, persuasive writing and presenting
Ability to challenge clients assumption while maintaining absolute service-mindedness
Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive issues with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
