We are looking for driven, self-motivated and enthusiastic sales person to our team in Stockholm

Your key responsibilities include:

In this role, you will be working with a challenger sales approach and create conditions for increased business through new contact areas. You are constantly in conversation with new stakeholders and decision makers and network easily across companies and industries. At your side you have a whole team of experienced and talented experts to support in detailed subject matter. That means that feedback and dialogue in all directions will be an everyday task for you, as well as creating, developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Which naturally calls for you being a driven individual, motivated by doing business and always focused on the customer's success.

Additionally, making presentations and having the ability to easily explain our sometimes rather complex offer as well as benefits from both a business and technical perspective, will be your main domain.

And in shorter terms, you will be:

  • Opening new doors, making meetings happen
  • Working closely with our internal group level marketing and commercial team
  • Aligning cross-organisation with account managers and subject matter experts
  • Developing a deep understanding (and passion!) for our offerings
  • Selling, selling, selling

To succeed in this role you will need to:

  • Have a proven sales record
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Have a can-do attitude - pitch in where needed
  • Display good judgment and put clients first
  • Be curious, collaborative and driven by results
  • Thrive in an ever changing environment

To support you in this role, you will most likely have:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within B2B
  • Documented success from before
  • Some formal sales training
  • Previous experience with working on performance based salary
  • Swedish language skills 

You are most likely a few years into your career in sales or have other relevant background, it's important that you are able to display significant commercial results. You do not necessarily have to have industry background to succeed in this role, we see great importance in finding the right qualities.
