Employment Lawyer with Dispute Resolution Experience

Then keep reading because we are currently looking for a Swedish-speaking employment lawyer with dispute resolution experience to join Fondia! You get to work among the best employment law professionals in Finland and support Fondia’s customers in various types of legal matters related to employment law and HR.

In this role you will be part of Fondia’s Employment Law team. You will get a chance to make use of your legal expertise in a pragmatic way and also to develop your skills and knowledge even further by supporting a wide range of companies engaged in different fields of business. We would like you to be also interested in marketing, sales and competence development since they are part of every lawyer’s work at Fondia. Our ideal candidate is a target-oriented and proactive person who is capable of handling many assignments simultaneously and independently, always supported by your colleagues. You will enjoy working at Fondia if you are a hands-on “doer” and a true team player constantly aiming to find smarter solutions.

Your main responsibilities as Employment Lawyer include:

  • Giving legal advice to Fondia’s clients relating to employment law and HR
  • Mapping customer needs and proactively noting areas of improvement
  • Managing client relations
  • Engaging in competence development work
  • Participating in marketing and sales activities
  • Concepting and turning legal know-how into business opportunities

You are a great fit to the team, if you have:

  • A Master of Laws degree
  • 7+ years of experience in the field of employment law
  • Experience in dispute resolution
  • Experience in international/cross-border employment relationships, industrial safety or employees’ compensation and reward schemes
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in Finnish, English and Swedish
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
