Hence, we are looking to expand our excellent sales team in Stockholm, through the addition of a commercially driven colleague, who lives to create business results – for us and our existing clients. During 2020 we have fine-tuned our strategy and go-to-market, which has been very well received by existing and new customers, as well as our technology partners. We are now ramping up to execute this further.

The Role

In the role you will be actively contributing to our revenue goals through the expansion of our existing accounts. You will create the conditions for increased business through value based selling and close collaboration with our Account Managers to identify opportunity.

  • Work collaboratively with the account managers to continually add value to our existing business 
  • Devise a sales route to target opportunities for cross-sell/up-sell of services across the organisation
  • Be confident in delivering solutions or new products to the CxO level executive and key stakeholders of large enterprises
  • Respond quickly to help lower churn rate and use projections effectively to apprehend this in advance. 
  • Report directly to the Commercial Director (Head of Sales), in tight collaboration and with dotted line to Country Manager to help empower the wider organisation with a sales mindset and culture.
  • Supporting and coaching our account managers as well as keeping them accountable for targets and follow up. 
  • Opening new doors, making meetings happen!
  • Specify custom solutions to our customers’ business needs and problems
  • Working closely with our internal group level marketing and commercial team.

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you need to have sales experience from complex B2B sales, a drive for business development and new business opportunities. You believe in the endless possibilities of data and analytics and want to challenge the status quo and make people see their business in new ways.

  • 5 years of experience in management consulting, customer success, sales/account management
  • 2 years of experience in a technological field – data-driven CX/marketing
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must speak Swedish and English
  • Ability to thrive in a growing organisation
  • Ability to thrive in an agile working environment
  • A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
  • Intellectual curiosity
