Field Marketing Manager for UK

Field Marketing Manager will play a key role, and will be responsible for researching, coordinating and managing demand generation initiatives and activities while supporting wider business objectives including brand awareness and retention, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with the global team in Finland to formulate and deliver targeted marketing plans to support country strategy(s);
  • Design, create and execute tactical marketing plans and programs to drive lead generation and/or product/brand awareness for specific target audiences across HappyOrNot product portfolio;
  • Design/plan & execute demand generating initiatives
  • Develop digital marketing footprint and assets to support tactical marketing plans and programs such as social, content, PPC, Webinars etc.
  • Marketing automation campaign local language content creation
  • Report on the KPI’s identified in the marketing plan including campaign and business metrics;
  • Work with digital marketing platforms as needed, such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Social Media platforms, LinkedIn & Facebook;
  • Act as a point of contact for localization and translation (if needed) of marketing materials for internal & external use. Content may include videos, podcasts, sales presentation, fact sheets, emails, etc.;
  • Maintain budget reports that clearly detail all marketing expenses and report upwards;
  • Localization & execution of local programs to support specific regional go-to-market initiatives as required;
  • Event management including, where relevant, operational activities;
  • Sourcing, negotiating with, and manage vendors 

Success factors for the position:

Suitable candidates will have a degree level in a marketing, business or communications-related subject (preferably also CIM), and will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in both Online & Offline marketing tactics;
  • Experience in data segmentation – identifying the appropriate audience to target, ensure the right message is sent to the right audience;
  • Ability to set, monitor and achieve annual marketing plans and spend;
  • A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising, events, and promotional activities;
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with international colleagues including sales teams;
  • Experience of managing multiple projects/events simultaneously;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong and proven ability to write and developing marketing and media materials with strong attention to detail;
  • Experience using Salesforce Pardot or similar automated marketing platform
  • Experience with Salesforce and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation;
  • Ability to Focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with internal sales, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity;
  • Ability to maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values;
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments;
  • Willing and able to travel to local events in the market you support and potentially other countries too


  • Good command of language(s) above and beyond the language of the country you support
  • Experience in customer experience for retail, travel & entertainment, food services or employee experience is a plus
