Full-stack engineer - Very Good Security - San Francisco

We’re looking for Strong Junior or Middle Full Stack Engineer with an equal flair for creative problem solving, new technologies enthusiasm, and desire to contribute to the product development.

Requirements:

    • Good knowledge of Javascript and web technologies (HTML5, CSS, SASS), familiarity with TypeScript.
    • Experience with at least one JS framework - preferably React.js.
    • Experience with Python.
    • Knowledge of source control concepts, experience with Git/GitHub.
    • Experience working with CI/CD tools (such as CircleCI, Jenkins, etc.).
    • Ability to work independently to deliver well-designed, high-quality code on time.
    • Understanding and practical experience in automated testing.
    • Practical knowledge of Docker.
    • Basic understanding of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect protocols.
    • English - upper intermediate / advanced

Would be a plus:

    • Experience in Kotlin/Java.
    • Experience writing command line applications.
    • Understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
    • Understanding and practical knowledge of continuous integration/delivery methods.
    • Open source projects on GitHub.
    • Knowledge of API security, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect and related frameworks.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop front end for customer-facing parts of ecosystem team products.
    • Support of VGS authorization server (including creating front end for it and related extended functionality).
    • Support and create new features for VGS CLI and admin tools.
    • Support of internal tools for engineers such as Open API documentation.
    • Continuously work on automated tests for parts of the product.
    • Participate in CI/CD engineering and processes.
