Mosss is looking for a Growth Intern to work with us as we develop our new product in the home / interior design space to empower consumers to DIY (design-it-yourself). You will be working with a small team to grow this product and quantify traction, and make marketing recommendations based on your analysis. Successful candidates will have solid digital marketing experience, be energetic, hands-on, and looking to grow with a startup in the design space. Natural leaders, do-ers and people who take the initiative to anticipate needs and prioritize well will succeed in our environment. As a bonus you have at least 3-5 years of experience in online marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, conversion optimization, marketing automation/prospect nurturing and reporting/analysis of performance, PR/branding, or content marketing.

Skills and Responsibilities
- Leverage data to develop an in-depth understanding of how customers use our products
-Set up KPIs for each stage of the customer journey and develop strategies to optimize them.
- Very adept with tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, etc.
- Lead campaign design and build to test ad copy, landing page, bidding, and audience targeting to find opportunities to drive incremental growth.
-Can track the effectiveness of marketing channels and recommend improvements
-Develop automated dashboards to track daily and weekly growth metrics
-Drive user growth and engagement projects working closely with design and engineering
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting; Ability to present findings to the team to drive product and marketing decisions. Report to CEO and collaborate closely with marketing team.
-BS or MS in Marketing, Engineering, Math / Economics, Statistics or similar disciplines preferred
-Quantitative or statistical analysis experience
-Highly proficient in spreadsheets - Excel or Google Sheets
-Data visualization skills - experience with dashboard reporting tools, a plus
-Ability to compile, process, and analyze complex data sets, and interpret them to drive business decisions
