As HR Business Partner you are acting as the main HR-contact person for our offices in Germany, France and the US. You are accountable for operational HR and manage the whole employee lifecycle. Typical duties include responding to daily HR questions and requests, supporting managers and employees with labour law and collective agreements, managing payroll and employee records for each entity and coordinating recruitments. The role is based in Helsinki, Finland but may include occasional travel. In the role you are reporting to the Global Head of HR.
Main contact person for operational HR issues in countries under your responsibility
Business support to managers in questions about labour law, collective agreements, company regulations, benefits
Maintain positive employee relations, built on trust
Manage payroll and benefits together with outsourced local partners
On- and offboard employees
Maintain up-to-date employee records
Drive HR initiatives and projects in responsibility area
Assist with talent management issues
Participate in HR developmental projects
Other tasks as deemed necessary
Min. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management or other relevant field
2-4 Years of Working Experience in HR
Exposure to multiple fields of HR practices e.g. HR operations, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Recruitment
Experience from working in an international HR environment, familiarity with US and European labour practises an advantage
Ability to juggle and manage conflicting priorities and work at pace with accuracy
Fluent English, working knowledge of French and/or German an advantage
