We’re looking for mid-career professional to step into a Head of Demand Generation role to lead a global team, with a large portfolio potentially spanning demand gen / paid marketing, website / CRO, and revenue operations and analytics. This role will report directly to the Global Head of Marketing and has direct reports in the US and Europe.

This is an opportunity for a data-driven, quantitative demand marketer to significantly up their level of responsibility and ownership across multiple areas of marketing in one of the highest profile roles in the company. Most likely you’re already a Sr. Manager / Director of Demand Generation or ready to take that next leap.

This role can be located in our NYC, Berlin, or Helsinki offices.

Who we are looking for

What we need from you

  • 4-8+ years of Manager to Director-level demand generation experience in B2B SaaS
  • Expert-level knowledge of marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred), Salesforce, and outbound prospecting platforms like Yesware/Outreach/Salesloft and ABM platforms like Engagio/Leandata.
  • Hands-on experience with account and contact data sources and enrichment like Builtwith/Datafox, Clearbit/Zoominfo, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics and performance analysis, with fluency in understanding CPA, CPL, CAC/LTV, etc.
  • Small team management experience
  • Fluent English
  • The maturity and gravitas to interact with executive leadership on a daily basis

What we would also like from you

  • Experience as a sophisticated lifecycle / customer marketer predominantly via email with the ability to create/write high quality emails in addition to setting up logic and flows
  • Experience with paid digital advertising in a B2B setting across a variety of channels like Linkedin, FB, and display.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization, managing/optimizing website signup, and conversion flows
  • Experience managing a complete sales operations function and junior team members, including end-to-end Salesforce administration, account and territory planning, and sales performance analysis
