Customer oriented approach to service design
As our Head of Service Design in EMEA, your focus will be on defining services, service processes and policies for the Managed Service function. You have the overall responsibility for ensuring that our managed services offering and delivery meet customer requirements and related service level agreements. You will also actively participate in sales bids and act as the main interface towards sales in all service related topics.
In your role you design services in co-operation with product management and the service operations team. You define relevant KPI metrics and service processes by utilizing necessary software building blocks and available data. You also support sales in selling of existing and new services, and the operational teams in implementing and operating the services.
You have already proven your skills as an experienced service design professional with strong technical understanding. You have participated in preparing sales bids and have experience in turning product management requirements into tangible service design. Your work history includes working in customer facing role and building and/or running managed services, preferably in an international environment. You are also familiar with project management principles and have solid technical understanding of software and services domain.
As we work with many customer and stakeholders across countries it is important that you communicate fluently in English – and why not also in Finnish or German? With your experience in customer interface and service design, you can work both strategically and hands-on with an extensive range of activities in customer interface.
