Now, we are looking for a highly motivated, high-performance sales professional whose specialty is to make sales teams flourish!
The Inside Sales Team Lead is responsible for managing, boosting and supporting our Inside Sales & Business Development Representatives and drives performance by effectively managing the team toward meeting and/or exceeding monthly objectives.
Our CX Professionals will onboard you with all the required industry expertise to quickly be able to support our customers and their requirements. (It is a big plus if you already have experience/ knowledge about Retail, Services, Transportation and/or Healthcare industries.) While we will provide you with all the necessary tools, materials and support for you to get up and running as quickly as possible we will trust you to bring your team lead/ managerial skills into our operations actively: your core responsibility is to lead the team by focusing on coaching the individuals on sales effectiveness and opportunity qualification, productivity, time management, and meeting established activity objectives and quotas.
