Legal Specialist

We are strengthening our fast-growing organization with a Legal Specialist to take ownership over the legal and contractual framework at Framery. As our Legal Specialist, you will be part of our Processes function and its management team and will report directly to our CFO, working closely als with the company’s other executives. You will handle a variety of contractual and legal matters, related to our international growth and expansion, global sales channels, and partnerships with our suppliers to create a strong, professional, and systematic approach to contract management. You will work hands-on in the core of our business to efficiently manage contract creation, execution and analysis for the purposes of maximizing financial and operational performance.

You may have worked previously in a law firm or in a legal team of a global company, and gained insight and experience in both business and contractual aspects of international business. You may already have similar work experience or this can be your next step to take full ownership of contract management and the legal side.



  • Working in close co-operation with a top external law firm to give timely and accurate legal advice and support business units in a variety of legal topics
  • Creating, drafting and revising agreements and other legal documents with distributors, suppliers and other partners
  • Actively participating in contract negotiations
  • Assisting in group-wide legal operations across functions and legal entities
  • Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
  • Training and educating the organization in legal matters, such as providing clarification on legal language and processes to everyone in the organization
  • Creating and developing the contract policies and contract management processes

What we expect from you

  • 2-3 years of work experience in business law
  • Degree in business or law
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Finnish corporate law and procedures
  • The ability to understand business needs and influence different stakeholders and the culture
  • Strong business acumen and a problem-solver can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English
  • Legal knowledge in the field of commercial, distribution and agency law is an advantage
  • Experience in risk management is seen as bonus


We offer you an excellent overview of a unique fast-growing company in an international environment and a role that gives you freedom to operate and develop. You may work either in Tampere HQ or remotely, but we expect you to be present at Tampere HQ approximately 3 days a week (during non-Covid times).
