We are seeking a Marketing Automation Coordinator to join our team in Berlin or London.
As the Marketing Automation Coordinator, you will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. You will also conduct complex data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the organization. You will be working in a fast-paced environment underneath the Head of Growth Marketing managing multiple projects at once.
Your day-to-day will consist of overseeing the entirety of marketing activities from a database perspective and how they affect customer journeys. This will include maintaining database health, and implementing automation best practices that make campaign creation and deployment fast and easy.
Maintain a framework to identify marketing qualified leads and enrich data properly.
Execute successful global and regional campaigns to maximise ROI and Customer Lifetime Value using our marketing automation stack.
Serve as the Marketo Admin to manage support and technical issues.
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in programs, campaign, lead management, technical processes, and workflows between Marketo and Salesforce.
Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
Evaluate and optimize full funnel measurability.
Analyze, monitor and report on KPI related to marketing automation, nurture streams and campaign performance.
Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
Improve the sync between the different tools and optimize lead scoring, routing, automation and CRM alignment.
Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database and help with segmentation of the base for personalised outreach.
Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to develop coordinated, enterprise-wide marketing automation together with the Head of Growth Marketing.
BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
1-3 years of experience working in a marketing operations role for an inbound led SaaS company
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation systems (Marketo and Salesforce preferred) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
Understanding of the sales pipeline and inbound methodology from lead to bookings and very familiar with marketing contribution to this pipeline.
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis (including mastery of Microsoft Excel).
Understanding of Google Analytics (dashboards), Zapier and HTML.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
