Operations and Customer Support trainee - Kyte - San Francisco

About the role
- Own customer support: act as the first point of contact with our customers for questions and booking support
- Organize and coordinate the day-to-day operations (deliveries, returns, fleet maintenance, risk analysis, etc)
- Manage our independent driver partners and build out the top of the funnel
Pound the pavement with our marketing team
- Get hands-on and manage cars and deliveries when needed
- Track and improve the failure points and gather feedback, communicate user feedback with the team, and translate that data into action

Desired (but not required)
- Experience in working for a startup or in operations in a fast-paced environment
- Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of/experience in the auto, mobility or rental car industry
