Curology's product team is seeking a passionate, people-focused Product Designer to join our growing team.
This position is full-time and based in San Francisco.
What you'll get to do
- Create compelling digital experiences that tell a story, and collaborate with other creatives (graphic designers, photographers, set designers & stylists, motion designers, videographers, etc.) to better tell these stories.
- Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and other product designers to find elegant but practical solutions to challenges
- Learn from our users. We're focused on listening to patients, and letting their needs guide us to the best solutions. Our goal is always to solve for real people and not just for the loudest voice in the room.
- Help extend our design system, "Radiance," and champion it among the team
- Design flexibly and efficiently, proposing multiple concepts and prototypes—plus knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes
- Help raise the bar of design excellence and inspire others to follow
What you need to be successful
- Humility and a team-first mentality
- Artisanship—you obsess over details and are excited to polish your work until it’s pixel-perfect
- Excellent UI/visual design chops. You have a deep understanding of composition, balance, symmetry, and white space.
- Excellent prototyping skills
- 1+ years of in-house experience
- Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces
