In the Sales & Operations (SOP) Developer role you’ll be a key link between major functions: sales, operations, product management, engineering and finance. Through managing and developing the end to end processes and systems you’ll improve the performance and collaboration of our entire supply chain internally, externally and internationally. In this role you’ll also get to work on developing and optimizing the sales processes and use of the CRM tool. Responsibilities and tasks include: • developing and managing the sales and operations planning process • organizing and leading regular communications between functions and Moventas' units in different countries • developing and maintaining sales planning, forecasting, reporting and KPi systems • consolidating, analyzing and communicating global demand and supply plans for Moventas • leading the CRM and Sales process development with business • taking the ownership of the CRM tool (e.g. testing, management, development, training, integrations to other systems) The person in question should possess a passion for and knowledge of supply chain planning processes - S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, logistics planning, and production planning. Fluent Finnish and English skills are required where as e.g. Spanish and German are considered as advantages. Also earlier knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Lean ERP systems is considered to be very useful. The position is located in Jyväskylä or possibly Tampere.
The ideal candidate also has 2-7 years of experience in a sales operations or financial/consulting analyst role, and suitable education background as well as great MS Excel skills. In addition this person is an analytical and process-oriented person with good communications and co-operation skills that possesses a service attitude and wide interest to understand business logics and constraints.
