Sales Development Specialist

In your role, you will be part of the Sales Development Team and your focus area will be taking ownership of and developing our sales training program and education. You will work with multiple teams across the organization to gather the needed knowledge for the training and onboarding of our global sales team. You will also be responsible for gathering information from the sales team and the sales team leaders to learn what are their training needs and work closely with the sales teams’ HR Business Partner to coordinate the needed training either internally or with the help of external partners.

In this role, you will focus on the sales education system to ensure that our own sales team has all the needed knowledge and skills to provide accurate and high-quality service to our clients. We are constantly hiring new sales reps globally and your responsibility is to provide them with a world-class onboarding to enable them to succeed in their sales role. In addition, you will also work with our distributors’ sales teams to enable them to succeed through online training. 

This is just the right role for you, who are passionate about training and educating people and developing a sales training system in an international environment! You can already have a few years of training experience or you are currently working in sales but feel a passion to jump to a training role. However, this can also be your next step towards a career in training and education, no specific experience is required. In the beginning, you will have the full support or of our Sales Development Director and the Sales HR Business Partner to get on top of all our onboarding and sales training activities.

 

In a nutshell, you would:

  • Be responsible for developing and maintaining the sales education and training system
  • Be responsible for gathering the training materials for both internal use and for partner online training as well as supporting our local sales reps to provide live training to their partners
  • Provide a comprehensive onboarding for our new sales reps, who are joining us from all over the world
  • Together with the team, participate in other Sales Development projects
  • All in all, help Framery to scale up sales with a world-class sales education system ensuring the highest level of service to our global customers

 

About you:

  • Passionate about collecting, forming and sharing sales knowledge, arguments, and materials
  • Experience in training and education or similar type of work f. ex. on your free time is considered a plus
  • An understanding of sales processes and sales experience is seen as an asset
  • Proactive “self-starter” attitude with good self-management skills
  • Courage to take up challenges and persistence toward achieving goals
  • Able to work with a hands-on approach, but also have the ability to create long-term plans to support strategic targets
  • Ability to take responsibility and full ownership of a business area
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Ability to work fluently in English, Finnish nice-to-have
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field
