We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to join our team in New York, North Carolina or London.
As the Sales Enablement Manager, you are the liaison between product marketing, marketing and sales and you will provide SDRs and BDMs with content and sales resources from marketing to drive their success. Partnering with the sales team and sitting within the field marketing organization, the sales enablement manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the prospecting and sales processes. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
Your day-to-day will consist of working with product and regional marketing managers to ensure the SDR team is trained, informed, and supported enough to achieve their goals month-to-month. You will report directly to the Head of Regional Marketing and will be directly responsible for enabling the entire SDR team to hit their monthly quotas. Secondary responsibilities include supporting product marketing with sales enablement content, deck building, and lower funnel marketing initiatives.
