Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to join our team in New York, North Carolina or London. 

As the Sales Enablement Manager, you are the liaison between product marketing, marketing and sales and you will provide SDRs and BDMs with content and sales resources from marketing to drive their success. Partnering with the sales team and sitting within the field marketing organization, the sales enablement manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the prospecting and sales processes. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Your day-to-day will consist of working with product and regional marketing managers to ensure the SDR team is trained, informed, and supported enough to achieve their goals month-to-month. You will report directly to the Head of Regional Marketing and will be directly responsible for enabling the entire SDR team to hit their monthly quotas. Secondary responsibilities include supporting product marketing with sales enablement content, deck building, and lower funnel marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Works collaboratively with sales & marketing to increase sales results and productivity by optimising and executing a full-funnel enablement program
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for SDRs
  • Inform and support SDR team with marketing data and ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Create and coordinate educational content, email cadences, pitch decks, videos to support SDRs and BDMs promoting marketing produced campaigns and content
  • Tracks and reports on sales enablement content usage
  • Tracks and reports on version control
  • Work closely with the head of regional marketing on creating and optimising global direct mail campaign strategies and campaigns
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the SDR team
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship with SDRs and BDMs
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
  • Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • 3-5 years experience in a high-performance sales organization in enablement, learning and development, or product marketing
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training
  • Experience with sales content management and learning management systems
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • Knowledge of direct mail strategy and social selling tactics.
