Tasks for Social Media Trainee:

Content creation

Assist in creating relevant and original content and copies for the digital and social media environment.

Social media analysis

Analyse content performance and suggest new ideas based on your findings.

Community management

Assist in managing and generating content and replies on various digital channels and social media.

Disruption Live

Participate in creative D-Live team meetings and define action points based on your notes.

You will report to the Creative Content Strategist and have occasional check-ups with the Director of Content.

Experience profile

Social media

You should have experience with all major social media platforms, consume them daily and not be afraid of publishing on them (we want someone who's not afraid of writing!).

Visual eye

You should have previous experience or an eye for design & photography. Experience with Photoshop and/or video editing programs is a plus.


A background in copywriting, communication or journalism is a plus. You should be able to speak and write in both English and Finnish.


Passionate about advertising, social media and culture. Sociable and driven with a can-do attitude.


Gain first-hand experience working in an international environment and for both local and international clients. Understand roles and responsibilities of being a social media professional at an international advertising agency. Refine social media, writing, and visual skills while working on Learn about using various social media platforms, management and analytics tools for advertising and business purposes.

You would preferably stay with us for 6 months, 4-5 months at minimum. Small compensation is paid (doesn't affect your student allowance). Please leave your application soon, at the latest 28.4.2019.
