We have an exciting opportunity for a technically adept, customer-oriented Software & Solutions Delivery Specialist in our EMEA Customer Projects function in Jyväskylä, Finland. In this role your focus will be on providing technical support and delivering smart metering solutions to customers across EMEA region.

 

In your role you will analyze customer requirements, propose technical solutions, and closely collaborate with customer technical teams throughout the project implementation phase. You provide technical expertise and software/solutions delivery add-on services and participate in customer acceptance testing. By creating technical documentation and statement of work (SOW) of the customer solution you ensure a successful and high-quality project execution, and after the project completion a hand-over to customer services and service operations. Your input is also required during the project offering phase and you support sales on various technical topics and customer demo preparations.

 

You have already proven your skills as a technical expert working in customer projects/customer technical functions in IT or telecommunications environment. You are familiar with Oracle or other  databases administration, installations and troubleshooting. Server operating systems (Windows, Linux) knowledge and IT network/Server infrastructure understanding is also expected. It is highly beneficial if you have understanding in cloud technologies and system security requirements. As we work in a truly international environment you have fluent spoken and written English language skills, other languages are an advantage.
