We are looking for a changemaker and sr. systems specialist to work in a dynamic environment serving Nordic top brands in their digital transformation. You will be working along with strategic Salesforce projects both within B2B and B2C as well as new implementations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Translating business needs into technical requirements
Consulting on customer marketing, sales and service processes
Configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Participating in business development meetings as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud subject matter expert
Help define the architecture of a customers CRM landscape
Develop more junior colleagues

Fluent in Swedish and English
Salesforce Marketing Cloud configurations and development
Assist with Integrations between Salesforce and external systems
Administer, manage and configure enterprise applications aligned to a Business unit or platform
Manage tasks and projects in a fast-paced support environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution
Taking part in different customer projects such as implementations and support ongoing work
It will also help if you have:
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or another related technical field
Ability to perform admin-level configuration in CRM systems
Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud experience is a big plus
Knowledge of programming languages (Such as C#, Java, SQL or similar)
