Junior Strategy Consultant

We are looking to strengthen our strategy team with consultants with 0-2 years of experience. You will be supporting our clients on their digital transformation journeys, helping them improve the customer experience based on data and technology, and making sure that their sales and marketing efforts create true business impact.

You will be exposed to several different industries and projects, and will work closely with a team of mixed competences. Our entrepreneurial culture will give you all the possibilities to develop and become an independent changemaker. The rest is up to your ambition!

As a person, you are curious, highly ambitious and constantly striving to learn new things. You are a people person and passionate about digitalization, analytics and customer intelligence as well as marketing and sales. You want to challenge the status quo and get people to see their business in a new light. You are probably fresh out of business school, or have worked a year or two.


Your key responsibilities include:

  • Advising and interacting with our clients in strategic and transformational matters
  • Understanding your clients challenges/opportunities within tech and analytics
  • Project management and ensuring results for our clients
  • Identifying new opportunities in existing accounts
  • Coordinating our cross-competence teams’ work and ensuring results for our clients



  • You are probably fresh out of business school, or have worked a year or two
  • Academic Bachelor’s degree (e.g. business or similar)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Swedish is a requirement
  • Basic understanding of digital business and marketing (and an eagerness to learn more)
  • Ambition, drive and a can do attitude
  • Team-player mindset and an upbeat spirit
  • Ability to act in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines on time & budget
