We aspire to revolutionize corporate education through transformational learning - available anytime, anywhere. We built Gnowbe on the latest research and science on how adults learn: not by passive listening but through application and reflection. Gnowbe leverages bite-sized, social learning (chats and messaging) and gamification to encourage active engagement and inspire behavior change. It is designed for the modern learner who needs relevant, new content when they want it, when they need it - right in their pockets. The Designer works on design, development, documentation, debugging and support of the user interface (UI) to have the best possible user experience. Person articulates, develops and models the end user experience including the visual design of the application, to make user interaction simple, efficient and consistent. The person also assesses and optimizes the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in usability testing and user research, and interpreting analytics data.
Designer adopts a broad perspective and is open to exploring new possibilities in the development of the user interface of software products. He is adept at interpreting data and using it to propose and articulate recommendations that could enhance the user interface.
