We are looking for a Web Manager with analytical mind-set and excellent understanding of Content Management Systems to join our busy and talented Global Marketing team, location in Finland (Tampere). This role will be a key player in renewing our web page.

Core responsibilities: 

• Participating in our webpage renewal project 
• Maintaining and developing the webpage to promote HappyOrNot brand, attract visitors and support lead generation 
• Owning our web stack architecture 
• Writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices 
• Creating and maintaining website layout and –pages, following brand guidelines and best practices 
• Ensuring webpage tracking is in place 
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and make necessary configurations for HappyOrNot Google Analytics properties, in collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager 
• Following, optimizing and reporting web page performance to support business goals 
• Creating and maintaining webpage related technical documentation 
• Integrating data from various back-end services and databases 
• Consult and train marketing colleagues on web-related software and keeping sure our marketing technology stack is optimized and up-to-date 
• Owning the process for landing page creation, testing and optimization 
• Ensure full compliance of the HappyOrNot website with all laws and regulations (in cooperation with HappyOrNot legal department if needed) 
• Monitor industry best practices and competitor websites, to stay up-to-date with the trends and competitive landscape. 

Key requirements:  

• A degree in IT Media, System Engineering or related qualification 
• At least 3 years of experience in similar role 
• Excellent skills with WordPress or other Content Management System 
• Highly proficient in HTML, CSS, JS, Git. 
• Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)  
• Excellent understanding and skills with Google Analytics 
• Experience in setting up various tags, events, and conversion tracking for marketing activities. Ex: Facebook pixels and events, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc. 
• Experience in A/B testing software and its usage 
• Experience in marketing automation (preferably with Pardot) is an advantage 
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills 
• Project management skills to plan, implement, manage, and monitor organization's website and cross-functional collaboration around it. 
• Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
