Nosto is hiring an Account Executive - User Generated Content (UGC) for Sydney Location.

As an Account Executive - at UGC you will have a key role in growing a new product in one of our key regions. 

Your responsibilities will include mid-market and enterprise sales from conception all the way through signature and handoff. The primary focus is on Nosto’s User Generated Content (UGC) products focusing on the non-retail sector. 

The focus for this role will be to source and develop opportunities, using your own outbound efforts and the support of our SDR team. You will liaise primarily with VP, CMO, CEO, and Director level prospects and be comfortable and experienced in strategic and complex sales. 

You collaborate naturally with team members from SDR, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, CSM, TSM, and more. On top, Nosto’s network of partners and clients consists of a wide range of stakeholders in the field of eCommerce and nonretail. To successfully perform your daily tasks as well as boost Nosto’s presence, it is important that you understand the roles of various stakeholders in the ecosystem, e.g. digital agencies, eCommerce platform vendors, software integrators, consulting houses, email service providers, and payment service providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong pipeline of UGC opportunities including outbound prospecting

  • Build a network of industry contacts to deliver Nosto’s offering across all channels

  • Collaborate with SDR, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to reach your targets

  • Participate in marketing activities together with Nosto’s in-house marketing team

  • Provide market feedback to the sales and tech team

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in direct sales ideally in outbound focussed roles. UGC selling experience is beneficial but not essential

  • Full funnel sales experience including prospecting, solution selling, negotiation, and closing/handoff

  • Experience in managing your sales pipeline and a deep understanding of sales KPIs

  • Have worked with Salesforce CRM (or similar) and pride yourself on organization

Office location:

  • The candidate can be located in the Sydney area. Nosto allows all employees the option to work from home (learn more about The Future of Work at Nosto here!) but you may be required to travel to a Nosto office for some team gatherings/meetings. A valid working visa to work in Sydney location.
