We are now looking for an experienced accountant to join our Finance team. You will be working closely with our controller and accounting specialists and interact with various internal stakeholders relating to finance processes, so you need to have good communication skills, problem solving attitude and meticulous way of working.  Much of your time will be spent in improving our accounting and ledger related processes and improving the group financial reporting. You will also assist our ledger functions in month-end and year-end closings and participate in developing them as necessary.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a degree and previous work experience in accounting, since understanding of the financial processes within a business will help you in your daily work. During stressful situations, you can maintain your quality focus and you can clearly see where your efforts should be prioritized. Main responsibilities:

  • Participate in setting standards relating to accounting processes
  • Support month-end and year-end closing process, recommend and execute improvements as necessary
  • Support in financial reporting across all group companies
  • Act as the point of contact for the annual audit process
  • Act as the superuser for the accounting software

Who we are looking for

What we need from you

  • Experience with general ledger functions and month-end and year-end processes
  • Experience in group accounting
  • General experience using ERP software, accounting software and MS Excel
  • Good communication skills
