Role details 

As an AI Product Manager, you will: 

Lead the AI/Agent Roadmap 

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and agentic capabilities in selected product areas. 

• Translate customer needs and pain points into measurable outcomes and clear increments. 

• Collect and analyze competitive information and market trends to identify opportunities. 

Validate with customers 

• Conduct discovery, hypothesis tests, customer interviews, and market explorations. 

• Run lightweight experiments to de‑risk before scaling. 

Deliver AI and agentic capabilities end‑to‑end 

• Define intents, tools, prompts, flows, memory, and evaluation strategies. 

• Partner with other Product Manager to integrate with platform services and APIs securely. 

Collaborate with Data & ML 

• Contribute to model selection, evaluation datasets, human‑in‑the‑loop designs, and success metrics. 

• Ensure explainability, reliability, and compliance. 

Ensure enterprise‑grade safety & quality 

• Define acceptance criteria, edge cases, fallback behaviors, and guardrails suited for regulated treasury environments. 

• Work closely with the R&D teams of your area in delivering product innovation and enhancements. 

Improve how we work 

• Develop experimentation frameworks, metrics, and feedback loops. 

• Help raise the bar for AI product development within Nomentia. 

• Roll-out to internal and external stakeholders 

What you’ll bring 

• At least 2-3 years of Product Management experience (or similar) in a SaaS environment, with a track record of turning ideas into impactful product outcomes. 

• Proven expertise in GenAI and AI agent patterns, and the ability to translate emerging capabilities into practical, scalable product features. Expertise in the Microsoft AI ecosystem helps. 

• A passion for technologies and strong interest to build forward‑leaning solutions that deliver clear customer value. 

• Deep customer-centric approach, with the ability to translate user needs into impactful product improvements. 

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech. 

• Good experience working in a cross-functional, global environment, managing and aligning multiple stakeholders. 

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.   

• Enthusiasm, creativity, and innovative strength. 

• Very good presentation skills and professional communication. Excellent written and spoken English.    

Who you’ll work with 

Your core team: CPO, product and R&D teams and the go-to-market teams.  

Stakeholders: Collaborate across departments to ensure AI product efforts support customers business goals and customer experience.   

What success looks like 

In the first 3 months: 

• Understand platform architecture and AI strategy. 

• Validate early problem statements with customers. 

Midterm: 

• AI/agentic features drive adoption and value. 

• You influence scalable trustworthy AI practices. 

• Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration.
