Analyst or Junior Analyst to CapMan Procurement Services (CaPS)

CaPS (CapMan Procurement Services) is a service driving down costs on non-strategic products and services for our member companies in Finland, Sweden and the Baltics. We combine the procurement of our members and review and address their indirect spend in order to achieve significant savings. We are also a powerful network for sharing best practices. Each year, more than 200 member companies use our procurement services.

Analyst or Junior Analyst

In your role you will take part in different areas of CaPS services. Your responsibilities include, among others, coordinating with different stakeholders in CaPS network, preparing materials, conducting cost saving analyses for potential CaPS member companies, ensuring successful implementation of new CaPS member companies, supporting CaPS team with various administrative tasks and supporting in B2B sales and ESG related tasks.

  • Ability to prioritise and manage many tasks at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • A hard-working and energetic team player
  • Attitude over experience! By attitude we mean learning-orientation and self-leadership
  • A precise way of working
  • Fluency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish (required), English (required) and preferably Swedish
  • Evidence to show your ambitious attitude for example with a background in competitive sport or excellence in another area of interest
  • Educational background in e.g. economics and strong track record of successful studies
