CaPS (CapMan Procurement Services) is a service driving down costs on non-strategic products and services for its member companies. The concept is unique among private equity investment managers in the Nordic countries. For almost 15 years CaPS has supported its member companies to review and address their spend. Each year more than 300 member companies use CaPS procurement services in Finland, Sweden and the Baltics and approximately 310M € is the total yearly volume through our contracts. During 2022 CaPS delivered savings of €40 million in total for its member companies. CaPS is a powerful network for sharing best practices and has been voted as the best procurement service by its clients 8 years in a row. During its history, CaPS has delivered double-digit growth. We are now looking for a new talent to be a part of our continuing growth in CaPS

Analyst 

In your role you will take part in different areas of CaPS services. Your responsibilities include, among others, conducting cost saving analyses for potential CaPS member companies, ensuring successful implementation of new CaPS member companies, managing both customer and vendor relationships, conducting new tender processes and supporting CaPS team with various administrative tasks. You will also strongly support the team in acquiring new companies from the private equity sector to join the CaPS network.

Who we are looking for

Ideally, we hope you have:

  • Relevant work experience of minimum 2-3 years in consultancy, commercial practices or similar
  • Educational background with strong track record of successful studies in e.g. economics, business, or similar
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong business sense
  • Ability to prioritise and manage many tasks at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • A hard-working and energetic team player
  • Attitude over experience! By attitude we mean learning-orientation and self-leadership
  • A precise way of working
  • Fluency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish (required) and English (required)
  • Experience in sales and/or negotiations is regarded as a plus but not a necessity
  • Evidence to show your ambitious attitude for example with a background in competitive sport or excellence in another area of interest
