The main focus of our Finance team is to run finance operations for all Framery entities. This includes financial accounting, financial and tax reporting, managing AP (Accounts Payable) and AR (Accounts Receivable) processes with payments, and handling many other financial tasks related to overall business operations. We also support all our Framerians with any finance-related questions. We operate in a global environment, covering finance operations across three continents.

We are looking for an AP & AR Trainee to join our AP & AR team (in Finance).

You will jump right into the daily, hands-on finance work, providing vital support to our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team. A genuine eagerness and a positive attitude towards learning are essential; overall curiosity is a highly valued trait within Framery Finance. We are seeking a proactive team player who is a quick learner, capable of working independently, yet knows when to seek guidance from colleagues.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing day-to-day transactional work such as running and managing accounts payable and receivable including payments for assigned legal entities

• Supporting the cash management process 

• Contributing to our finance processes together with the Framery global organization

• Serving as a point of contact for internal finance-related queries and support needs

What we are looking for:

• Relevant work experience or studies in accounting or finance. All previous work experience is considered an advantage.

• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and dynamic daily tasks.

• A proactive team player attitude with a "get it done" mentality.

• Good communication skills in English (a must) and Finnish (nice to have), both written and spoken.

• Ability to comfortably utilize Microsoft Excel.

Practicalities:

This is a full-time and fixed-term position from May to the end of August 2026. We hope you can start on May 4th, but the exact dates can be agreed upon to suit the needs of both parties. Please tell us in your application when you would be able to start. The position is located in Tampere, and we work with a hybrid model - we expect you to visit The Factory (Framery HQ) on a weekly basis to work with the team and meet colleagues.

The compensation for the role is based on our trainee salary, which ranges from 2250€ to 2550€ per month for a full-time contract. The final compensation depends on the study credits achieved.
