We are looking for a solution-oriented and hands-on Application Engineer to strengthen our team. In this role, you will work closely with customers and develop technical solutions that support both our business and client needs.

Fortaco is a leading provider of complete solutions for heavy equipment manufacturers. We are pioneers in the design and production of equipment assemblies, operator cabins, steel structures, and zero-emission solutions. Our advanced technologies help improve customer productivity.

In this position, you will work with Fortaco’s SmartCabin, developed and manufactured in Kurikka. SmartCabin brings automotive-level comfort to the heavy machinery industry and is equipped with the latest automotive technologies. The cabin package integrates cloud services, infotainment, cabin controls, camera systems, and displays into one user-friendly solution. Fortaco is the first to offer this hardware-independent system on the market.

We expect you to have:

• Professional skills in programming and electrical automation
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, e.g. software or automation engineering
• Practical experience in low-voltage wiring and C programming
• Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written
