Application Management Service Lead (Iasi)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled, curious and customer-focused Application Management Service Lead to provide hands-on support and ensure smooth IT operations across our offices. You will be a key player in delivering high-quality service to our internal users and supporting the tools and systems that keep our business running.

In this position, you will join a growing international team and be part of the Elisa Industriq IT team. Your closest colleagues will be the Industriq IT team, central Industriq business functions, and specific Industriq companies. However, in a matrix, you will be working in close cooperation with Elisa Group IT and Elisa business functions.

This position is located in Iași, Romania, under camLine Romania, which is part of Elisa Industriq.

Your Main Responsibilities Are:

  • Service Delivery & Governance: 
    • Manage application support and maintenance services (external and internal), ensuring adherence to SLAs and ITIL/ITSM processes
    • Oversee incident, problem, and change management for applications
    • Drive upgrades (including testing), patching, and deployment planning for applications (application lifecycle management)
    • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards
    • Plan, implement and operate Elisa Industriq -wide support and governance model for business applications
       
  • Change management and continuous improvement:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for business units regarding application enhancements and performance (regular CAB-meetings)
    • Actively manage and prioritize change request backlog
    • Monitor KPIs and implement proactive measures to improve service
    • Stay informed about and communicate new functionalities and releases in Elisa Industriq solutions

To succeed in this position, the following is required:

  • 5+ years of experience working in IT solution management and/or service management
  • Wide knowledge and experience of Business IT applications (HR, Finance, ERP, RevTech) and IT Service Management processes (incident, request, change, release)
  • Experience from regression/upgrade testing management is an advantage
  • 2+ years of experience in working with teams, whose members are spread around the world
  • Ability to understand business needs and how existing solutions could support business
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate technical information in a way that business users can understand
  • Solid skills in English (written and spoken).

  • Personal characteristics such as, business minded, presentation skills, positive, structured, and excellent communication skills
  • Ideally, you have worked in a software company and have gone through scale-up / consolidation phases
  • Minimum Bachelor's or higher degree, e.g. in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Willingness to travel
