We are now looking for an Hong Kong based Area Sales Manager to be Framery’s face in the East Asia market. Tasks include developing and building relationships with our dealership network, local key accounts, the A&D and PM community. The role will be based in Hong Kong, but requires frequent traveling in the East Asia Region.


What we look for in our Area Sales Manager is having a strong experience in the local and regional office furniture industry and good knowledge of it. Developing current distributors to become elite Framery dealers is one of the key focus areas. Therefore, understanding of dealership sales strategies, and having a good network of local contacts in the market with dealers, designers, project management companies and end users is needed in order to be successful in the role. Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin skills are a must. 


You will work both on day to day operational dialogue with the stakeholder network as well as a strategic level making future plans. Making presentations and organizing events is part of your tool kit to convince the audience. You have passion for sales and excellent communication and collaboration skills. You see the value of creating customer success together as a team in everything you do. You enjoy diverse tasks that you can handle with your flexible attitude.
