AREA SALES MANAGER
As Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding client relationships within Norway’s food packaging market, actively contributing to the Nordic Food Sales team’s success.
Your key responsibilities
- Further develop and position our sales and after-sales structure in line with Wipak’s strategy
- Own sales and budget targets for your area and customers, including margin management
- Represent Wipak to customers, business partners, and colleagues
- Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives in collaboration with our R&D community
- Build and influence networks within relevant professional environments
What are we looking for?
- Minimum two years’ experience in packaging sales to the food industry, with strong customer interaction in a consultative setting
- Proven B2B sales track record and product development experience, ideally in packaging (multilayer films, plastics, labels, cardboard, etc.)
- Knowledge of food packaging solutions
- Fluent English communication skills
- Enthusiasm for sales, customer orientation, and teamwork
- Trustworthy, consistent, and well-organized
- Willingness to travel
To succeed in this position, you are passionate about sales. We are looking for a communicative, customer-oriented team player with experience in industrial sales and knowledge of the food industry. You are trustworthy, consistent, and well organized. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires willingness to travel.
