Area Sales Manager, San Francisco, US
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager based in San Francisco, working remotely as part of our Western US Sales Team and contributing to Team Framery across the Americas. In this role, we seek a proactive self-starter with strong communication and collaboration skills to expand our market presence in the San Francisco Bay Area, build lasting relationships and drive growth within the local business community.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will have the independence to develop, direct and implement area sales goals and objectives while representing Framery within the local industry. Success in this role comes from building and nurturing strong relationships with our Dealer Partners, the A&D community, End Users, Commercial Real Estate teams and Government Entities. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the country and refine our dealer network, helping them grow and strengthen their Framery business.
We are looking for:
- Prior sales experience, preferably in the local office furniture industry, providing you with an understanding of dealership sales strategies, market dynamics and an established industry network
- Self-motivated and independent working style
- Team-oriented mindset, collaborating with internal and external partners to drive customer success
- Ability to travel actively within the territory and occasionally (1-4x/year) to Finland or other locations for training and conferences
- Adaptable and proactive attitude, with a flexible and solution-oriented approach to diverse tasks
- Base in the San Francisco Bay Area, ideally in the South Bay/Silicon Valley (e.g. San Jose, Santa Clara, Palo Alto, Fremont, Hayward, San Mateo, Berkeley) to efficiently cover the territory.

Compensation:
The compensation for this role includes a base salary in the range of $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, the role includes participation in a biannual bonus program, with bonus payouts assessed twice per year and tied to sales performance within the assigned region.
