What you will be doing

• SAP Ariba Buying Support & Maintenance
  • Managing day-to-day configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and technical support of SAP Ariba Buying and connected tools.
  • Ensuring high system performance and timely, high-quality delivery of Procurement services.
• End-User Support & Adoption
  • Supporting end users with system-related queries and troubleshooting.
  • Improving the day-to-day user experience and driving high adoption of SAP Ariba across the organization.
• P2P Process Optimization
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvements across Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Streamlining processes and contributing to the modernization and development of the Procurement ecosystem.
• System Enhancements & Controlled Delivery
  • Supporting configuration changes, enhancements, and new functionalities based on business requirements.
  • Ensuring changes and processes are delivered in a controlled, audit-relevant environment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Working independently while collaborating closely with Procurement, IT, key users, and other stakeholders.
  • Understanding business needs, resolving issues, and supporting the ongoing evolution of SAP Ariba and related tools.

What you need to succeed

• Education
  • Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Procurement, or a similar field.
• Relevant Experience
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with Ariba user/role management, configuration, and data management is a strong plus.
• SAP Ariba & Process Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of SAP Ariba, including PO/GR handling, Guided Buying, SAP MM processes, and Business Network.
  • Interest in developing Ariba knowledge, supporting business users with best practices, resolving tool issues, and improving process efficiency.
• Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and business support skills, with a strong focus on root-cause analysis.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing system and process issues.
• Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
• Language Skills
  • Excellent English communication skills.

What we consider a plus

• French and/or German proficiency is considered an asset.
