Lapland Staff is looking for Customer Service Elves for Santa Claus Office in Rovaniemi for autumn, Christmas and winter seasons 2025–2026.

Santa Claus Office is located in Santa Claus Village, in Rovaniemi, Lapland, Finland and is open every day of the year. Within the framework of the opening hours, the work shifts take place not only on weekdays, but also on weekends and public holidays.
Your work as a Customer Service Elf is mainly customer service and sales work inside the Santa Claus Office as part of our Elf team. You will be an important part of making once in a lifetime experiences come true for our visitors of all ages.
As a Customer Service Elf, you welcome our guests and guide them towards meeting Santa Claus, capture the meeting between guests and Santa, do sales work, and take care of the duties of the gift shop.
Santa Claus Office is visited mostly by international customers, almost 600 000 guests per year, so fluent English is a prerequisite for this position. Other language skills are considered an advantage.
You do not need similar previous work experience. More important is that you wish to develop in your work and create unique experiences for our international customers of all ages. Before the employment starts, all the new Elves get training for the job. We expect a positive, cheerful, and customer service-oriented attitude from you.

We are looking for people for various employment relationships for the fall, Christmas, and winter seasons. The duration of the contract is negotiable, the work will start on 13.10.2025, at the earliest, but no later than 10.11.2025. The employment will last either until the end of December 2025 or until 29.3.2026. Work shifts can also take place on weekends and public holidays.
The average minimum working hours are 35 hours per week. The employment relationship is a fixed term seasonal contract by the Collective Agreement in the Adventure Services sector. Salary according to the Collective Agreement of Adventure Services grade B, hourly wage between 11,85–13,20 € (gross). Sundays and Finnish bank holidays are paid double. Possibility to stay in staff accommodation, in a shared room, with a reasonable monthly rent.
