What you will be doing:
• D2C Accounts Reconciliation & Blackline Preparation – managing and reconciling assigned D2C accounts, monitoring batch uploads, posting missing entries, resolving discrepancies, and preparing high-quality Blackline reconciliations with clear supporting documentation to ensure audit readiness.
• Issue Identification & Resolution – identifying operational and technical issues, escalating when necessary, and tracking them through to resolution within defined timelines.
• Accounts Receivable & Dunning Management – handling AR processes including ledger coding, monitoring the dunning process for open items, and preparing write-off proposals for aged balances in line with agreed criteria.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – cooperating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, alignment, and efficient issue resolution.
• Reporting & Status Updates – preparing standard financial reports and providing clear, timely updates to stakeholders to support transparency and decision-making.
• Audit, Compliance & Team Support – performing audit and compliance-related tasks accurately and on time, while supporting the team and demonstrating flexibility in handling additional responsibilities.
What you need to succeed:
• Education & Degree – degree in finance is welcome but not required.
• Language Skills – very good command of English (min. B2), both written and spoken.
• Practical Process Knowledge – basic understanding of end-to-end process flows and their interdependencies, following established procedures, and seeking support from senior colleagues or Team Lead when needed.
• Systems & Technical Skills – good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially MS Excel, and ability to effectively use various systems based on training.
• Analytical Skills & Attention to Detail – strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, investigative mindset, and ability to apply basic problem-solving skills to resolve routine issues.
• Soft Skills & Work Approach – strong team player supporting team growth, willingness to learn and take initiative, quick adaptability to new tasks and tools, ability to manage workload with supervision and meet deadlines, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, ownership of assigned responsibilities, and openness to feedback with self-awareness (asking questions, reporting issues, seeking clarification).
