We are looking for both an Associate and a Senior Associate to join our growing Restructuring and Insolvency practice group in Helsinki or Turku.  

Our Restructuring and Insolvency team, one of the largest and most experienced on the market, takes pride in being regarded as Finland's market leader. Our team is consistently sought out to assist with the most complex and high-profile matters ranging from formal insolvency procedures (bankruptcy and corporate restructuring) to out of court restructurings and workouts, insolvency litigation, and strategic advisory work across all types of special situations. Additional expectations by level 

Associate (recent graduate–3 years) 

• You may be a recent law graduate or have up to a few years of experience as a lawyer. Previous experience in restructuring and insolvency is an advantage. 

• A solid foundation in legal work, with the ability to contribute effectively to ongoing matters as part of a team. 

• Strong motivation to develop professionally and take on increasing responsibility over time. 

Senior Associate (4–6 years) 

• Approximately 4–6 years of relevant experience, including bankruptcy proceedings, corporate restructuring cases and other restructuring and insolvency matters. 

• Proven ability to manage matters efficiently and deliver consistently high-quality work. 

• Experience in delegating work and supporting and coaching junior colleagues. 

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, combined with commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities.
